About Me |
Established 2006Traveling the world was innate to me. Being half Palestinian, I saw every part of the middle east by age 3, was baptized in the Jordan River, floated in the Dead Sea, and marveled at the pyramids. To no one's surprise, my move to Australia during my undergraduate senior year was all part of my journey to seek out answers for questions I didn't know existed. When I returned to the US and I started my graduate studies, my desire to educate youth became my next journey. I started with high schoolers in Detroit, MI. Soon, I made the leap to Texas working with middle school students in Irving ISD. I gained a greater appreciation of the continuum of education when I started working with college students at Collin College . My current district, Prosper ISD, is where I live. I will never stop looking for answers since the questions only get bigger as we become more advanced.

Educate-Create-Shape-Minds I can't move mountains, I can't walk on water, and I can't force anyone to learn. Yet, I can create an environment to foster a love of creativity and questions. I am only here to guide the students; they create what they see is necessary by my guidance. As this year goes by, I will grow and change. Evolution of the mind constantly creates a motion no one can stop. Students will only want more; therefore, we must give them more. I am excited to embark on another year !
